Workshop fees
DOP Members £250
BPS Members £300
Non BPS Members £400
Concessions £75
(full-time students, unwaged with proof of identification)

Other Professional Groups
Members of the following professional groups are entitled to DOP Member rates for all workshops:

  • Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
  • Psychological Society of Ireland’s Division of Work & Organisational Psychology.

Fees include:

  • Buffet lunch and refreshments.
  • Attendance certificate as evidence for CPD Logbooks or Practitioner-in-Training Logbooks.
  • Any workshop materials provided by facilitators.

Fees do not include overnight accommodation.

Booking forms can be downloaded from the Society website, www.bps.org.uk/learningaliving2008, completed online or requested from the Conference and Events office on Tel: 0116 252 9555; Fax: 0116 255 7123 or e-mail learningaliving@bps.org.uk

Payment

  • All cheques should be made payable to BPS.
  • All BACS to be sent with remittance advice.
  • Debit/credit cards are accepted, please see registration form.
  • Invoices can be raised if necessary and only if a purchase order number is provided.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy
The Society regrets that refunds for workshop fees are not available for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the workshop. If a
cancellation is made between 7 and 28 days prior to the start of the workshop, 50 per cent of the fee will be refunded. A full refund minus a £25 administration charge will be available for cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations in exceptional circumstances will be considered by the Committee if put in writing to Mandy Lindsay or Lianne Bruce.

Transfer of booking
If a delegate cannot attend the booked workshop they are entitled to transfer to another workshop (subject to availability) 28 days or more prior to the start of the workshop. Transfers made between 7 and 28 days prior to the start of the original workshop will incur an admin charge of £25. Transfers cannot be less than 7 days prior to the start of the original workshop. If a suitable workshop cannot be found the delegate must cancel their booking (see Cancellation Policy).

Substitutions
If a delegate cannot attend the booked workshop and the Society has been notified 28 days or more prior to the start of the workshop, they are entitled to have a replacement delegate attend in their place at no extra charge. Substitutions made between 7 and 28 days prior to the start of the workshop will incur a £25 admin charge. Please note, if the replacement delegate’s workshop fee is more than the original delegate’s fee, the difference will be charged to the replacement delegate. If the replacement delegate’s workshop fee is less than the original delegate’s fee, the difference will not be refunded.

Ownership of workshop materials
All materials are the property of the workshop facilitators, and cannot, therefore, be copied, reproduced, edited, transmitted or uploaded in any way without the prior written consent of the facilitator. Please note, workshop materials are only available to delegates who have paid for their place.
