Laura Frith is a Certified Management Consultant with a First Class Masters degree in Occupational Psychology, and is also a Chartered Psychologist and has a broad range expertise that she has applied in both the public and private sector. Specialising in assessment and development, Laura is Level A and B qualified (BPS) and is able to design, deliver and manage all of your assessment and development needs at all levels of the organisation. At a corporate level she has designed and introduced HR systems including man-power, succession planning, performance management and career progression systems as well as bespoke programmes in areas such as Leadership. At an individual level Laura is experienced in management and executive assessment and development, career counseling and personal coaching. Laura has worked with many companies in the past including Lloyds, the Metropolitan Police Service, Local Government, Liverpool Victoria, PA Consulting and Arthur Andersen.
